The School Marketers Aforia Conference for 2011 was held in Melbourne Australia. The two day event challenged school marketers to consider the importance of Customer Service. 'How Schools Can Prepare For Crisis' - both natural and otherwise was the focus of our discussion panel.
Over 40 delegates from schools around Australia and New Zealand attended. Some delegates are regular attendees and others are new to the event or even new to school marketing.
